  • Export each stem as a separate WAV or AIFF file; 24-bit preferred.
  • Keep the same start point and original session sample rate for every stem.
  • Turn off master-bus limiters, normalization, and finalizing effects.
  • Leave about 6 dB of headroom.
  • Name files clearly, such as SongTitle_LeadVocal.wav.
  • Include a rough mix and reference tracks. ZIP multiple files if easier.
  • Add the song title, service, deadline, and reference links in your notes.
  • Send stems or a ZIP, not a DAW session that depends on plugins or external files.
